ADE New York takes great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Attention to design, materials, safety and construction are our priority. Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage. We will arrange for a prompt replacement. Please note that returned items must be in new condition.

ADE New York is not accepting returns or exchanges until further notice due to the risks associated with COVID-19. It is within our sole discretion as to whether to accept returns of merchandise. Items returned without our prior authorization will be refused. A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all approved returns that are not defective.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for your order. Upon inquiry, ADE New York will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

The natural materials and handcrafting involved in our one-of-a-kind collection may result in slight variations. The following characterstics are not attributed to manufacturing flaws and cannot be considered as defective or damaged, thus ineligible for return/refund:

Tiny black holes and bubbles, surface imperfections, inconsistencies of color, different weights, different sizes, different shades, irregular patterns, tiny irregularities of contact parts, color concentration in natural deposit.

While we strive to present the most accurate portrayal of our products, there may be differences in color and/or finish between any representation of the products (printed and online) and their actual appearance. The process of photographing our collections and printing or presenting the images inherently causes variation due to lighting, the color of the wall, the type of paper, or the calibration of your screen.

Please note that these variations are not considered flaws and not acceptable reasons for returns.
