The Tray products are made with lacquer. Please treat lacquer carefully.

If you follow the precautions carefully, you can maintain and use the beautiful lacquerware products for a long period of time.

Be mindful when putting items w/ hot temperatures.

Use soft sponge and non-harsh detergent to wash the trays. Mild stains can be removed with melamine foam sponge (i.e. magic block).

Weak to oil, spicy foods, curry and other strong colored foods.

Not dishwasher, refrigerator or microwave safe.

Do not soak trays in water.

Wipe off any water residue w/ soft cloth.

Scratches that occur from your use are not a reason for return. In addition, problems arising from non-compliance with the care suggestions will not be exchanged or returned.

The color of the product may be photographed differently depending on the light, and it may look different depending on the monitor environment.

All products are made by hand, and some points, linings, and colors may not be uniform due to the manufacturing process.

These natural imperfections do not represent a defective product and is not a reason for return or exchange.
